Ayo God, you’re my ultimate ride or die; I’m out here looking for you bright and early. My soul’s super thirsty for you, my body’s craving you in this dry, no-water zone.
[A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.] O God, thou {art} my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; {thirsty: Heb. weary} {where...: without water}
I wanna witness your power and glory just like I peeped in the sanctuary, fr.
To see thy power and thy glory, so {as} I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
Your love hits different, way better than life itself, so my lips gotta give you props, no cap.
Because thy lovingkindness {is} better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
I’m gonna bless you while I’m still breathing, raising my hands in your name, periodt.
Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
My soul’s about to be satisfied like I just feasted; my mouth’s gonna hype you up with good vibes.
My soul shall be satisfied as {with} marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise {thee} with joyful lips: {marrow: Heb. fatness}
When I think about you in bed, just vibing with you all night, it’s straight fire.
When I remember thee upon my bed, {and} meditate on thee in the {night} watches.
You’ve been my support, so I’m gonna be hyped under your wings, that’s straight-up savage.
Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
My soul’s chasing after you hard; your right hand’s always got my back.
My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
But those trying to take me down? They’re definitely gonna hit rock bottom, no doubt.
But those {that} seek my soul, to destroy {it}, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
They’ll fall by the sword; they’re just a snack for the foxes.

But the king’s gonna be lit in God; everyone who swears by him is gonna flex, but the fakes? They’re getting shut down.
But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
