Yo, God, what’s up with all these haters coming for me? Mad people are rising against me, fr.
[A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.] LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many {are} they that rise up against me.
A ton of folks are saying there’s no rescue for me from God. Selah.
Many {there be} which say of my soul, {There is} no help for him in God. Selah.
But you, God, are my armor; you’re my glory and the one boosting my confidence.
But thou, O LORD, {art} a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. {for: or, about}
I shouted to the Lord loud and clear, and He peeped me from His holy crib. Selah.
I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
I zonked out and caught some Z's; I woke up ‘cause the Lord’s got my back for real.
I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
I’m not worried about a whole crew coming for me; I’m vibing, no cap.
I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set {themselves} against me round about.
Step up, God; rescue me, my dude: you’ve taken out all my foes, killing their vibes.
Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies {upon} the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
Salvation is all about the Lord: your blessings are on your crew. Selah.
Salvation {belongeth} unto the LORD: thy blessing {is} upon thy people. Selah.
