Psalms Chapter 25
Ayo, Lord, I’m putting my soul out there for you. Vibes.
[{A Psalm} of David.] Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
My God, I got faith in you: don’t make me feel wack, and don’t let my enemies score.
O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
For real, don’t let anyone who’s vibing with you feel bad; let the sus ones get that instead.
Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
Show me your ways, Lord; teach me your paths, no cap.
Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
Lead me in your truth and educate me: you’re the GOAT of my rescue; I’m here waiting on you all day.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou {art} the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
Keep your chill vibes in mind, Lord, and your love; it’s been here forever.
Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they {have been} ever of old. {tender...: Heb. bowels}
Don’t hit me up with my past fails, just remember me for your goodness, Lord.
Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
The Lord is straight-up solid; he’ll teach the sinners the way to go.
Good and upright {is} the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
He’ll direct the humble in judgment and show them his route, fr.
The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
All of the Lord's paths are lit with mercy and truth for those who stick to his promises.
All the paths of the LORD {are} mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
For the sake of your name, Lord, wipe my slates clean; they’re kinda massive.
For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it {is} great.
Who’s the homie that respects the Lord? He’ll show him how he should roll.
What man {is} he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way {that} he shall choose.
His soul will vibe right, and his fam will inherit the land.
His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth. {dwell...: Heb. lodge in goodness}
The Lord spills secrets to those who respect him; he’ll show them his promises.
The secret of the LORD {is} with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. {and...: or, and his covenant to make them know it}
My eyes are always checking for the Lord; he’s gonna pull me outta the chaos.
Mine eyes {are} ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. {pluck: Heb. bring forth}
Turn to me, and show me mercy; I’m feeling lowkey rough.
Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I {am} desolate and afflicted.
My heart’s been through the wringer; help me out of my struggles.
The troubles of my heart are enlarged: {O} bring thou me out of my distresses.
Peep my pain and my struggles; forgive all my wrongs.
Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
Check my haters; they’re hella numerous and they're savage.
Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred. {cruel...: Heb. hatred of violence}
Keep my soul safe and save me: don’t let me feel wack; I trust you.
O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
Let my integrity and honesty be my shield; I’m waiting on you.
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
Redeem Israel, God, from all his struggles.
Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
