Psalms Chapter 24
The entire earth belongs to God, and everything within it; the world and all the homies chillin' here.
[A Psalm of David.] The earth {is} the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
He crafted it on the waves, like a total boss, and set it firm on the floods.
For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
Who's down to scale the Lord's mountain? Or who can vibe in his holy place?
Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
Only the one with clean hands and a pure heart; no cap, they're not out here chasing clout or spreading lies.
He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. {He...: Heb. The clean of hands}
They will receive blessings from the Lord, and righteous vibes from the God who saves.
He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
This is the crew that seeks Him, looking for your face, O Jacob. Selah.
This {is} the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. {O Jacob: or, O God of Jacob}
Raise your heads, gates; swing wide, eternal doors; the King of glory's ready to come through.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who's this King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, the one who goes hard in battle.
Who {is} this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
Raise your heads, gates; swing wide, eternal doors; the King of glory's ready to come through.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift {them} up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who's this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the ultimate King of glory. Selah.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he {is} the King of glory. Selah.
