Mark Chapter 13
As he was leaving the temple, one of his crew was like, "Yo, check out these sick stones and buildings!"
And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings {are here}!
Jesus shot back, "You notice these iconic buildings? Not a single stone's gonna remain intact; they’re all getting demolished."
And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
While they were hanging on the Mount of Olives, Peter, James, John, and Andrew pulled him to the side and asked,
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
"So, when's all this gonna happen? What’s the sign that it's time?"
Tell us, when shall these things be? and what {shall be} the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?
Jesus was like, "Yo, be careful! Don’t let anyone trick you."
And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any {man} deceive you:
A bunch of folks will show up in my name, claiming to be the real deal; they’re gonna mislead many.
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am {Christ}; and shall deceive many.
When you hear about wars and chaos, don’t panic; this stuff has to unfold, but the end isn’t upon us yet.
And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for {such things} must needs be; but the end {shall} not {be} yet.
Nations are gonna clash with nations, kingdom against kingdom; expect earthquakes and famines—this is just the pregame.
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these {are} the beginnings of sorrows. {sorrows: the word in the original importeth "the pains of a woman in travail"}
But keep your cool: they’re gonna drag you to court; you’ll get grilled in synagogues and stand before rulers and kings for my name’s sake, as a witness.
But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
And the gospel's gotta be spread to all nations first, for real.
And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
When they haul you in and throw you under the bus, don’t even sweat about what to say, just let it come naturally. Whatever you get in that moment, spill it, 'cause it’s not you speaking, it’s the Holy Spirit dropping the truth.
But when they shall lead {you}, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
Families are gonna turn against each other, like brothers snitching on brothers and parents getting betrayed by their own kids. It’s gonna be a whole savage situation out here.
Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against {their} parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
You’ll face mad hate from everyone just for repping my name, but those who hang in there till the end? They’re gonna be straight saved, no cap.
And ye shall be hated of all {men} for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
When you spot the sus abomination of desolation that Daniel chatted about, standing in the wrong place, it’s time to bounce to the mountains if you’re in Judea.
But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
If you’re chilling on the roof, don’t even think about going back in to grab your stuff, just dip.
And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter {therein}, to take any thing out of his house:
If you’re out in the field, don’t look back to fetch your coat, just keep it moving.
And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.
But yikes to those who are pregnant or nursing during those times, that’s a rough vibe!
But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
And pray that your escape isn’t in winter, 'cause that’s gonna be tough.
And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.
Those days are gonna be brutal, like nothing seen since God crafted the world, and nothing like it will ever happen again.
For {in} those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
If the Lord didn’t cut those days short, no one would survive, but for the chosen ones, He’s making it easier.
And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.
If anyone's like, "Yo, Christ is over here!" or "Nah, he’s over there!" don’t buy into that sus energy.
And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here {is} Christ; or, lo, {he is} there; believe {him} not:
For fake Christs and prophets are gonna pop off, showing wild signs to try and pull you in, even the chosen ones, no cap.
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if {it were} possible, even the elect.
But for real, stay vigilant: I’ve spilled the tea on everything that's about to go down.
But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
In those days, after all that chaos, the sun’s gonna be all dark and the moon won’t be shining, for real.
But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
Stars gonna fall from the sky, and the powers up there will be shaken, like, whoa.
And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
Then everyone’s gonna see the Son of Man rolling in on clouds, flexing mad power and glory.
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
He'll send his angels to scoop up the chosen ones from all corners, from the ends of the earth to the skies, periodt.
And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Peep this fig tree lesson; when the branches are all fresh and leafy, you know summer's about to roll in, vibes.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
So, when you see all this stuff happening, just know it’s close, like right at the door.
So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, {even} at the doors.
For real, I’m telling you, this generation won’t dip until all this goes down.
Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.
Heaven and earth might vanish, but my words? They’re forever, no cap.
Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
No one knows when that day’s dropping, not even the angels or the Son, only the Father’s got the scoop.
But of that day and {that} hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Stay woke, fam: pray and keep your eyes peeled, 'cause you don't know when it’s about to pop off.
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
The Son of Man is like a dude going on a long trip, leaving his crib and giving his crew tasks while telling the gatekeeper to stay alert.
{For the Son of man is} as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
So keep your eyes open, 'cause you don’t know when the boss is rolling in—could be evening, midnight, or morning vibes.
Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
Don’t get caught lacking when he shows up outta nowhere.
Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
What I’m saying to you, I’m saying to everyone: stay alert.
And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
