Isaiah Chapter 52
Ayo, get hyped Zion! Throw on your strength and fresh fits, Jerusalem, the holy city: no more sus vibes from the uncircumcised and unclean fam.
Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
Dust yourself off, rise up, and vibe, Jerusalem: break free from those chains, captive daughter of Zion.
Shake thyself from the dust; arise, {and} sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
Fr, the Lord said y’all sold yourselves for nothing; but you’ll be brought back for free, no cap.
For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.
The Lord God said, “My crew went to Egypt to chill; and the Assyrians were wild to them for no reason.”
For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
So what’s good, says the Lord? Why are my people taken for no reason? The rulers make them cry out, and my name gets disrespected every day.
Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day {is} blasphemed.
My people will recognize my name: they’ll get it that day that I’m the one spitting game: it’s me, no cap.
Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore {they shall know} in that day that I {am} he that doth speak: behold, {it is} I.
How fire are the feet on the mountains of the one bringing the good news, spreading peace; bringing the good vibes of salvation, saying to Zion, “Your God rules!”
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
Your watchmen will scream in unison; they’ll vibe together when they see eye to eye, when the Lord brings back Zion.
Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
Get pumped with joy, sing together, you empty spots of Jerusalem: the Lord has comforted his people, he’s redeemed Jerusalem.
Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
The Lord showed off his holy arm in front of all the nations; and everyone will peep the salvation of our God.
The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
Dip, dip, get out of there, touch nothing unclean; leave her midst, keep it clean, you who carry the Lord’s goods.
Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean {thing}; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
You won’t bounce out quick or run away: the Lord’s got your back, and the God of Israel is your rear guard.
For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel {will be} your rereward. {be...: Heb. gather you up}
Peep this, my servant will handle things wisely, he’ll be lit and super high.
Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. {deal...: or, prosper}
Many were shook by him; his looks were so wrecked more than any dude, and his form more than the sons of men.
As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
He’ll sprinkle many nations; kings will be left speechless around him: what they never heard, they’ll see; and what they never got told, they’ll ponder.
So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for {that} which had not been told them shall they see; and {that} which they had not heard shall they consider.
