Ephesians Chapter 6
Ayo fam, you gotta vibe with your parents, 'cause that's the right thing to do, fr.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
Show major respect to your pops and moms; it’s the first commandment that comes with a promise, no cap.
Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)
This way, you can live your best life and hang out long on this planet, periodt.
That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
So, dads, chill with the anger; raise your kids right with the Lord's love and direction.
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Workers, stay true to your bosses like you’re serving Christ, with all your heart and zero sus vibes.
Servants, be obedient to them that are {your} masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
Don’t just clock in to please folks; be real servants of Christ, doing God’s will from the heart.
Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
Bring that solid energy when you serve, like you're doing it for the Lord, not just for people.
With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
Remember, whatever good stuff you do, you’ll get that return from the Lord, whether you’re a servant or free, it slaps.
Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether {he be} bond or free.
And bosses, treat your crew right too; don’t be out here scaring them, 'cause your Master in heaven sees everything.
And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. {forbearing: or, moderating} {your...: some read, both your and their Master}
Finally, my crew, stay strong in the Lord and flex that power He gives you.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Suit up with God's complete armor so you can stand tall against the devil's schemes, bet.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
We’re not battling against humans, but against powers and dark vibes in high areas, fr.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high {places}. {flesh...: Gr. blood and flesh} {spiritual...: or, wicked spirits} {high: or, heavenly}
So put on that full armor of God to stand strong on the rough days; do what you can and just hold your ground.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. {having...: or, having overcome all}
Stand firm, with truth wrapped around you and your heart shielded by righteousness, no cap.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And make sure your feet are ready to spread that peace gospel, it's lit.
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above everything, grab that shield of faith to deflect all the shady attacks from the wicked.
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And rock that helmet of salvation and the Spirit's sword, which is God’s word, fr.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Keep praying constantly with all types of prayers and stay woke with perseverance for all the saints.
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
And for me, pray that I get the words to speak boldly and reveal the gospel mystery, periodt.
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
'Cause I’m out here repping the gospel while chained up; I gotta speak up like I should, no cap.
For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. {in bonds: or, in a chain} {therein: or, thereof}
But also, I want you to know what’s up with me; Tychicus, my homie and loyal minister, will fill you in.
But that ye also may know my affairs, {and} how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things:
I sent him to you for this reason, so you can know our situation, and he can boost your spirits.
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and {that} he might comfort your hearts.
Sending peace and love along with faith from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, it’s a vibe.
Peace {be} to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace be with everyone who truly loves our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Written from Rome through Tychicus to the Ephesians.
Grace {be} with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. «{To the} Ephesians written from Rome, by Tychicus.» {in sincerity: or, with incorruption}
