Romans Chapter 5
So we’re vibing with peace thanks to our faith in Jesus, no cap.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Through Him, we got access to this dope grace where we chill and flex our hope in God’s glory.
By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
For real, even during tough times, we flex, 'cause those struggles build our patience, periodt.
And not only {so}, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
Patience brings experience, and experience leads to hope, fr.
And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
Hope doesn’t disappoint, 'cause God’s love is all up in our hearts via the Holy Spirit He gave us.
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
When we were weak, Christ came through and died for the ungodly, no cap.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. {in due time: or, according to the time}
Like, who even gives up their life for a righteous person? But maybe for a solid one, some would risk it, bet.
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
But God showed major love to us; while we were still sinners, Christ went all in and died for us.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Way more now that we’re justified by His blood, we’re saved from the drama through Him.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
If we were enemies and got reconciled to God through His Son’s death, just imagine how much more we’ll be saved by His life, fr.
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
And we’re not just chilling; we’re hyped in God through Jesus, 'cause we’ve received that atonement now.
And not only {so}, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. {atonement: or, reconciliation}
So through one dude, sin crashed the party, and death rolled in; now everyone’s in the same boat, 'cause all have sinned.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: {for that: or, in whom}
(Before the law, sin was a thing, but it doesn’t count if there’s no law, no cap.)
(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
But still, death ruled from Adam to Moses, even over those who didn’t sin like Adam did, who was just a preview of what was to come.
Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
But the free gift ain’t like the offense; if one dude messed up and many died, God’s grace and gift through Jesus dropped for many.
But not as the offence, so also {is} the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, {which is} by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
It’s not the same as the one who sinned; judgment was on one, but the free gift covers many offenses, fr.
And not as {it was} by one that sinned, {so is} the gift: for the judgment {was} by one to condemnation, but the free gift {is} of many offences unto justification.
If one dude’s mess-up had death ruling, way more those who vibe with this grace and righteousness will reign in life through Jesus, bet.
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) {by one man's...: or, by one offence}
So through one dude’s offense, judgment hit everyone; but through one’s righteousness, the free gift is here for all to have life.
Therefore as by the offence of one {judgment came} upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one {the free gift came} upon all men unto justification of life. {by the offence...: or, by one offence} {by the righteousness...: or, by one righteousness}
Just like one dude’s disobedience made many sinners, one’s obedience will bring many to righteousness, periodt.
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
The law showed up so offenses could pop off, but where sin was extra, grace was even more extra, no cap.
Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
Just as sin ruled to death, grace will reign through righteousness to eternal life by Jesus, our Lord.
That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
