Romans Chapter 10
Listen up, my heartfelt desire and prayer to God for Israel is their salvation, fr.
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
I peep their serious passion for God, but it’s not backed by the right knowledge, no cap.
For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
They’re totally unaware of God's vibe of righteousness and are trying to do things their own way, but they haven’t submitted to His method.
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
Christ is the ultimate destination for the law, granting righteousness to everyone who has faith, periodt.
For Christ {is} the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Moses stated that righteousness from the law is solid; if you follow it, you gotta live by it.
For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
But righteousness from faith is like, "Don’t even trip, who’s gonna head up to heaven to bring Christ down?"
But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down {from above}:)
Or like, "Who's gonna go deep to bring Christ back from the dead?" That’s hella sus.
Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
So what’s the word saying? The message is right there, in your mouth and heart: that’s the faith we share, no cap.
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, {even} in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
If you speak with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and genuinely believe in your heart God raised him from the dead, you’ll be saved, no doubt.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
With the heart, you believe for righteousness, and with your mouth, you confess to grab that salvation.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
The scripture points out, anyone who has faith in him won’t be put to shame.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
There’s no distinction between Jews and Greeks; the same Lord is legendary and generous to all who call on him.
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Whoever calls upon the Lord's name will be saved, periodt.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
But how are they gonna call on him if they haven’t believed? And how are they gonna believe if they haven’t heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching?
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And who’s gonna preach unless they’re sent? It's written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who deliver the good news of peace!"
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Yet not everyone vibed with the gospel; Isaiah was like, "Lord, who believed our hype?"
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? {our report: Gr. the hearing of us?} {report: or, preaching?}
So faith arises from hearing, and hearing comes from the word of God, fr.
So then faith {cometh} by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
But I'm asking, did they really not hear? For real, their sound spread throughout the earth and their words to the ends of the world.
But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
But did Israel not get it? First, Moses said, "I’m gonna stir things up with a nation that doesn’t even matter."
But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by {them that are} no people, {and} by a foolish nation I will anger you.
Isaiah speaks boldly and says, "I was found by those who weren’t even searching for me; I revealed myself to those who weren’t even looking for me."
But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
But to Israel, he says, "All day I’ve been reaching out to a disobedient and wayward people."
But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.
