Psalms Chapter 92
Giving mad thanks to the Lord is a whole mood, and vibing with praises to His name? Just pure fire.
[A Psalm {or} Song for the sabbath day.] {It is a} good {thing} to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
Flexing your lovingkindness in the morning and your faithfulness at night? That’s straight facts, no cap.
To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, {every...: Heb. in the nights}
Playing on a ten-stringed instrument and the harp with that deep sound? Major vibes.
Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. {the harp...: or, the solemn sound with the harp} {a solemn...: Heb. Higgaion}
You, Lord, really make me feel all the feels with your moves; I’m out here thriving in what you do, fr.
For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
Yo, Lord, your works are just legendary! Your thoughts? Deep like the sea, periodt.
O LORD, how great are thy works! {and} thy thoughts are very deep.
An unwise dude wouldn’t even vibe with it, and a fool? Totally sus.
A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
When the wicked pop off like grass, they’ll just end up getting wrecked for eternity, no doubt.
When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; {it is} that they shall be destroyed for ever:
But you, Lord, are the ultimate high, always and forever.
But thou, LORD, {art most} high for evermore.
Peep this, your enemies, Lord, they gonna fade away; all the wicked will scatter like dust.
For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
But you’re gonna lift me up like a unicorn’s horn; I’m about to be anointed with fresh oil, let’s go.
But my horn shalt thou exalt like {the horn of} an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
My eyes will peep my wins over my enemies, and my ears will hear the downfall of the wicked coming for me.
Mine eye also shall see {my desire} on mine enemies, {and} mine ears shall hear {my desire} of the wicked that rise up against me.
The righteous are gonna thrive like palm trees, growing strong like cedars in Lebanon, for real.
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those rooted in the Lord’s house will be flourishing in the courts of our God, no cap.
Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
Even in their old age, they’ll still be dropping fruit; they’ll be thriving and vibing.
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; {flourishing: Heb. green}
This proves that the Lord is the real deal; He’s my rock, and there’s no sus in Him.
To shew that the LORD {is} upright: {he is} my rock, and {there is} no unrighteousness in him.
