Psalms Chapter 68
Let God go off, let his haters scatter; let those who can’t deal with him peace out.
[To the chief Musician, A Psalm {or} Song of David.] Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. {before...: Heb. from his face}
Just like smoke gets whisked away, send them packing; as wax melts in flames, let the wicked dip in God’s presence.
As smoke is driven away, {so} drive {them} away: as wax melteth before the fire, {so} let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
But the chill vibes are for the righteous; let them celebrate before God, like, for real, let them vibe out.
But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. {exceedingly...: Heb. rejoice with gladness}
Sing to God, drop those praises; hype up the one who rolls through the heavens, call him Jah, and just vibe in his presence.
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
God's the ultimate father for the orphans and the judge for the widows, chilling in his holy space.
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, {is} God in his holy habitation.
God puts the lonely in crews; he breaks chains for the trapped, but the rebels are just stuck in dry vibes.
God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry {land}. {in families: Heb. in a house}
O God, when you rolled out with your peeps, marching through the wild; Selah.
O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:
The earth shook, heavens dropped when God showed up; even Sinai was like, "Whoa," in the presence of the God of Israel.

You, O God, sent down some serious rain, showing love to your fam when they were feeling drained.

Your crew has been chilling; you, O God, set up good stuff for the needy.
Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

Kings of armies dipped out quick, and the homebody split the spoils.

Even if you’re chilling with the pots, you’ll vibe like a dove with silver wings and golden feathers.
Though ye have lien among the pots, {yet shall ye be as} the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.
