Psalms Chapter 54
Ayo, God, rescue me with your energy and flex on my haters using your power.
[To the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, {A Psalm} of David, when the Ziphims came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us?] Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength. {chief...: or, overseer} {Maschil: or, of instruction}
Check this out, God; I need you to peep these words I’m spitting, fr.
Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.
No cap, randoms are coming for me, and my oppressors want my life: they don’t even acknowledge God. Selah.
For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.
For real, God’s got my six: the Lord vibes with those who got my back.
Behold, God {is} mine helper: the Lord {is} with them that uphold my soul.
He’s about to drop some justice on my foes: cut them off with your truth, no lie.
He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth. {mine...: Heb. those that observe me}
I’m ready to make sacrifices for you, God: I’ll shout out your name, Lord; it’s straight-up solid.
I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for {it is} good.
He’s yanked me out of every situation: my eyes have witnessed his rizz on my haters.
For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen {his desire} upon mine enemies.
