Psalms Chapter 138
I’m about to vibe with my whole heart: before the gods, I’m giving you props.
[{A Psalm} of David.] I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
I’ll show love towards your holy spot, and call out your name for your lovingkindness and truth: you’ve made your word way more fire than your name.
I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
When I called out, you came through for me and boosted my soul strength, no cap.
In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, {and} strengthenedst me {with} strength in my soul.
All the rulers on this earth are gonna shout you out, Lord, when they catch wind of your words, fr.
All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
For real, they’ll drop bars about the ways of the Lord: ‘cause the glory of the Lord is straight up legendary.
Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great {is} the glory of the LORD.
Even though the Lord is high-key on top, He still peeps the lowkey humble: but the proud? He’s like, “Nah, that’s sus.”
Though the LORD {be} high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Even when I’m caught in a jam, you’re gonna revive me: you’ll step in against my haters, and your right hand will save me, periodt.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
The Lord’s gonna lock down what matters to me: your mercy, Lord, is forever: don’t ghost the work of your own hands.
The LORD will perfect {that which} concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, {endureth} for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
