Isaiah Chapter 61
The Spirit of the Lord is on me; He’s got me out here spreading solid vibes to the humble, healing the brokenhearted, freeing the captives, and unlocking the prison doors for those who are stuck, no cap.
The Spirit of the Lord GOD {is} upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to {them that are} bound;
It’s time to share the year of good vibes from the Lord and the day of payback from our God; we’re here to comfort all the sad vibes.
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Gonna bless those who mourn in Zion with beauty instead of ashes, joy instead of sadness, and a fresh outfit of praise to swap out that heavy spirit; they’ll be called the legendary trees of righteousness, planted by the Lord to show off His glory.
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
They’re gonna rebuild the old wrecks, lift up the past ruins, and fix up the cities that have been a disaster for ages, fr.
And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
Outsiders will come in and handle your flocks, and the kids from other places will be your farmers and grape growers, lit.
And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien {shall be} your plowmen and your vinedressers.
You’ll be known as the Priests of the Lord; people will shout you out as the Ministers of our God; you’ll feast on the riches of the nations and flex on their glory.
But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: {men} shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
You’ll receive double for your shame, and instead of feeling lost, they’ll be hyped about their stuff; in your land, you’ll possess double, and eternal joy will be yours, periodt.
For your shame {ye shall have} double; and {for} confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
I, the Lord, roll with justice; I’m not about that robbing for burnt offerings life; I’ll steer their work in truth and make an everlasting covenant with them.
For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
Their kids will be known among the nations, and their offspring will be recognized by the people; everyone who sees them will know they’re the blessed ones by the Lord.
And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they {are} the seed {which} the LORD hath blessed.
I’m gonna be so hyped in the Lord, my soul is gonna be joyful in my God; He’s decked me out in salvation gear and wrapped me in righteousness, just like a groom getting all fancy and a bride flaunting her jewels.
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh {himself} with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth {herself} with her jewels. {decketh: Heb. decketh as a priest}
Just like the earth brings out its buds, and gardens make the seeds pop off; the Lord God will make righteousness and praise burst forth before all the nations, no cap.
For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
