Hebrews Chapter 3
Ayo, crew, if you’re feeling the heavenly vibe, peep our main dude, the Apostle and High Priest, Christ Jesus;
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
He was straight-up loyal to the one who sent him, just like Moses kept it 100 with his squad.
Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses {was faithful} in all his house. {appointed: Gr. made}
This dude’s got way more hype than Moses, ‘cause the one who crafted the house is always more lit than the house itself.
For this {man} was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
Every crib’s made by someone, but the one who made everything? That’s God, no cap.
For every house is builded by some {man}; but he that built all things {is} God.
Moses was real faithful in his spot, like a servant, for the tea that was about to be spilled later.
And Moses verily {was} faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
But Christ is the son in his own spot; we’re that spot if we keep it a buck with our hope and joy till the end.
But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
So, tune in (like the Holy Spirit’s dropping knowledge), if you catch his voice today,
Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
Don’t harden your hearts, like back in the day when they were acting sus in the desert.
Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Your ancestors put me to the test, peeped my vibes for forty years.
When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
So I was low-key bummed with that crew, saying, “They always mess up in their hearts; they don’t get my ways.”
Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in {their} heart; and they have not known my ways.
I was like, “Bet, they’re not getting into my chill zone.”
So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) {They...: Gr. If they shall enter}
Watch yourselves, fam, don’t let any of you have a shady heart of disbelief, drifting from the living God.
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
But lift each other up daily while it’s still today; don’t let any of you get hard-hearted from sin’s sly tricks.
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
We’re part of Christ’s fam if we hold our confidence tight till the end;
For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
It’s said, “Today, if you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts like before.”
While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Some peeps got triggered when they heard, but not everyone who dipped from Egypt with Moses.
For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
Who was I salty with for forty years? It was those who messed up, whose bodies fell in the desert.
But with whom was he grieved forty years? {was it} not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
And to whom did I swear they wouldn’t enter my chill zone? It was to those who didn’t vibe with belief.
And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
So we see they couldn’t roll in ‘cause of their disbelief, fr.
So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
