So God was like, 'I haven’t forgotten about Noah and all the crew on the ark,' and He sent a breeze to chill things out and settle the waters;

Original Source

And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that {was} with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;

The depths’ springs and the skies’ windows were totally closed off, and the rain was like, 'Nah, I’m straight.'

Original Source

The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;

The waters just kept receding until 150 days later, when they finally started to chill.

Original Source

And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. {continually: Heb. in going and returning}

On the 17th day of the seventh month, the ark finally parked on the mountains of Ararat.

Original Source

And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

5
Gen Z Vibe

The waters continued to drop until the tenth month, and on the first day, they peeped some mountain tops.

Original Source

And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth {month}, on the first {day} of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen. {decreased...: Heb. were in going and decreasing}

After 40 days, Noah cracked open the window he made for the ark.

Original Source

And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:

7
Gen Z Vibe

He sent out a raven, and it was flying around until the waters were all dried up.

Original Source

And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth. {to...: Heb. in going forth and returning}

8
Gen Z Vibe

Then he dispatched a dove to see if the waters were really down for good.

Original Source

Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;

9
Gen Z Vibe

But the dove couldn’t find anywhere to vibe, so she bounced back to Noah on the ark since the earth was still flooded; he reached out and brought her inside.

Original Source

But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters {were} on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark. {pulled...: Heb. caused her to come}

10

Noah waited another week and sent the dove out from the ark again.

Original Source

And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;

11
Gen Z Vibe

That night, the dove came back to him with an olive leaf in her beak, so Noah figured the waters were finally calming down.

Original Source

And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth {was} an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.

12
Gen Z Vibe

He waited yet another week and sent out the dove again; this time, she didn’t return.

Original Source

And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.

So, in the 601st year, first month, first day, the waters dried up, Noah lifted the ark cover, and the land was looking pretty dry.

Original Source

And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first {month}, the first {day} of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.

14
Gen Z Vibe

By the second month, on the 27th day, the earth was totally dried out.

Original Source

And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.

15

God hit up Noah and said,

Original Source

And God spake unto Noah, saying,

16
Gen Z Vibe

"Bounce out of the ark with your wifey, sons, and their wives."

Original Source

Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee.

17
Gen Z Vibe

"Bring all the creatures with you—birds, cattle, and every living thing—so they can vibe and multiply on the land."

Original Source

Bring forth with thee every living thing that {is} with thee, of all flesh, {both} of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.

18
Gen Z Vibe

So Noah and his fam rolled out of the ark.

Original Source

And Noah went forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him:

19
Gen Z Vibe

Every beast, creepy crawly, and bird, all the vibes stepped out of the ark in their crews.

Original Source

Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, {and} whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark. {kinds: Heb. families}

Gen Z Vibe

Noah constructed an altar for the Lord, took clean animals and birds, and offered them on the altar.

Original Source

And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

God caught those good vibes and said, "I’m not cursing the ground again for y’all’s sake. Humans be sus since day one, but I won’t wipe out every living thing like before. Periodt."

Original Source

And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart {is} evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. {a sweet...: Heb. a savour of rest or, satisfaction} {for the imagination: or, through the imagination}

22
Gen Z Vibe

As long as this Earth is around, we’ll have planting and harvest, heat and cold, summer and winter, day and night—no cap, that’s gonna keep rolling.

Original Source

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. {While...: Heb. As yet all the days of the earth}
