Genesis Chapter 1
In the beginning, God crafted the whole vibe: heaven and earth.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
The earth was lowkey a blank slate, dark, empty, and kinda eerie. But God’s Spirit was just hovering over the waters like, 'Watch this.'
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness {was} upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
God was like, 'Let there be LIGHT!' And bam, instant glow-up. No cap.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
God checked out the light and it was solid, so He divided the light from the dark. Savage move.
And God saw the light, that {it was} good: and God divided the light from the darkness. {the light from...: Heb. between the light and between the darkness}
He named the light Day and the dark Night. That was the first day, periodttt. Day 1 = DONE.
And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
God said, 'Let’s carve out some space in the water to vibe,' and that’s exactly what went down.
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. {firmament: Heb. expansion}
So God crafted that vibe space and split the waters, and it was totally lit.
And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which {were} under the firmament from the waters which {were} above the firmament: and it was so.
He dubbed the vibe space Heaven, and that was the second day, fam.
And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
God said, 'Gather the waters in one place, let dry land rise,' and it was a whole vibe.
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry {land} appear: and it was so.
He called the dry land Earth and the gathered waters Seas, and God was like, 'This is bussin.'
And God called the dry {land} Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that {it was} good.
God's like, 'Earth, pop off with grass and trees that produce fruit.' And it was a whole vibe.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, {and} the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed {is} in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. {grass: Heb. tender grass}
The earth brought forth all this greenery and fruit, and God was like, 'This is bussin.'
And the earth brought forth grass, {and} herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed {was} in itself, after his kind: and God saw that {it was} good.
Then it was the third day, no cap.
And the evening and the morning were the third day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
God said, 'Let’s get some lights in the sky to separate day from night and mark the seasons.'
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: {the day...: Heb. between the day and between the night}
These lights are gonna shine on Earth, and it was lit.
And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
God crafted two big lights: the sun to rule the day and the moon for the night. Stars? He made those too, for real.
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: {he made} the stars also. {to rule the day...: Heb. for the rule of the day, etc.}
Set ’em in the sky like divine chandeliers, ambiance = immaculate.
And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
Day. Night. Contrast. Vibes. God’s like, 'Aesthetic: 10/10.'
And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that {it was} good.
End of Day 4. Still cookin’.
And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
God said, 'Let the waters be filled with living creatures and birds to soar above the earth.'
And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl {that} may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. {moving: or, creeping} {life: Heb. soul} {fowl...: Heb. let fowl fly} {open...: Heb. face of the firmament of heaven}
God created some massive whales and all kinds of critters that move. The waters were like, 'We got this,' and God was like, 'This is lit.'
And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that {it was} good.
God blessed them and said, 'Go off, be fruitful, multiply, and fill the seas. Let the birds pop off on the earth.'
And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
So the evening and morning came, and it was the fifth day. No cap.
And the evening and the morning were the fifth day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
God said, 'Let the earth produce living creatures, cattle, and everything creeping around,' and it was a whole vibe.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.
So God made all the beasts of the earth and saw it was solid, like, 'This totally slaps.'
And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that {it was} good.
Then came the MAIN EVENT: 'Let’s make humans in our image; they’re gonna run this place,' and that’s how it went down.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God crafted humans in His own image, both male and female. Goated creation, fr.
So God created man in his {own} image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
God blessed them and said, 'Be fruitful, multiply, and take charge of the earth and everything in it. You got this, periodt.'
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. {moveth: Heb. creepeth}
God was like, 'Check it out, I’ve given you every herb and fruit for food, it’s all yours.'
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which {is} upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which {is} the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. {bearing...: Heb. seeding seed} {yielding...: Heb. seeding seed}
'And the animals? They get greens too. Everyone eats.'
And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein {there is} life, {I have given} every green herb for meat: and it was so. {life: Heb. a living soul}
God looked at everything He made and was like, 'This is super lit.' Six days in, and the vibes are immaculate.
And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, {it was} very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. {And the evening...: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was etc.}
