Ephesians Chapter 1
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, sending some major vibes to the saints in Ephesus and the loyal crew in Christ Jesus:
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ is the whole vibe, no cap.
Grace {be} to you, and peace, from God our Father, and {from} the Lord Jesus Christ.
Let’s give it up for the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who’s been dropping all the spiritual blessings on us, periodt.
Blessed {be} the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly {places} in Christ: {places: or, things}
He picked us in Him before the world was even a concept, so we could roll holy and vibing in love, fr.
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
He predestined us to be His children through Jesus Christ, just flexing His solid vibes.
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
To the praise of His glory and grace, where He made us accepted in the squad, which is totally goated.
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
In Him, we've got redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, thanks to His grace that’s straight bussin.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
He’s been flooding us with wisdom and prudence, no cap.
Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
He unveiled the mystery of His will, which He was super hyped about.
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
That in the fullness of time, He might gather all things in Christ, both in the heavens and on earth, just like that.
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; {even} in him: {heaven: Gr. the heavens}
In Him, we scored an inheritance, predestined according to His purpose who works all things, lit.
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
So we can be to the praise of His glory, who was the first to believe in Christ, fr.
That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. {trusted: or, hoped}
In Him, you placed your trust after hearing the truth, the gospel of your salvation; after believing, you were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, periodt.
In whom ye also {trusted}, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
That Spirit is the down payment of our inheritance until we receive that redemption, all for His glory, no cap.
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
So I, too, after hearing about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, gotta keep it real.
Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
I’m always thankful for you, mentioning you in my prayers, fr.
Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may drop the spirit of wisdom and revelation in your knowledge of Him, lit.
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: {in...: or, for the acknowledgement}
The eyes of your understanding being lit up; so you know the hope of His calling and the riches of His glory in the saints, periodt.
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
And what’s the insane greatness of His power towards us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, no cap.
And what {is} the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, {his mighty power: Gr. the might of his power}
Which He displayed in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and set Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, fr.
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set {him} at his own right hand in the heavenly {places},
Above all authority, power, and dominion, and every name that’s named, not just in this world but in the one to come, no cap.
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
He placed everything under His feet and made Him the head over all things for the church, just vibing.
And hath put all {things} under his feet, and gave him {to be} the head over all {things} to the church,
Which is His body, the fullness of Him that fills everything in every way, lit.
Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
