Zechariah Chapter 5
So I turned and peeped up, and no lie, there’s a flying scroll.
Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll.
He was like, "What do you see?" I replied, "I see a flying scroll; it’s twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide."
And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof {is} twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.
Then he straight up told me, "This is the curse that's spreading across the whole earth: anyone who steals is about to get cut off on this side, and anyone who swears falsely is getting cut off on that side. No cap."
Then said he unto me, This {is} the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off {as} on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off {as} on that side according to it. {every one that stealeth...: or, every one of this people that stealeth holdeth himself guiltless, as it doth}
"I’m bringing it out," says the Lord of hosts, "and it’s gonna crash the thief’s crib and anyone who swears by my name. It’ll chill in the middle and demolish the spot."
I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.
Then the angel who was vibing with me came out and said, "Look up now and peep what’s happening."
Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what {is} this that goeth forth.
I asked, "What’s that?" He said, "This is an ephah that’s going out. It’s their whole vibe all over the earth."
And I said, What {is} it? And he said, This {is} an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This {is} their resemblance through all the earth.
And, for real, there was a talent of lead lifted up, and there’s a woman chilling in the middle of the ephah.
And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this {is} a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah. {talent: or, weighty piece}
He declared, "This is wickedness." He tossed it into the ephah and slapped the lead weight on its mouth.
And he said, This {is} wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.
Then I looked up and saw two women coming out, and the wind was in their wings; they had wings like storks, and they lifted the ephah between earth and heaven.
Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind {was} in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
I asked the angel, "Where are these girls taking the ephah?"
Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?
He said, "To build a crib in Shinar; it’ll be set up and chilling on its own base."
And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.
