Psalms Chapter 96
Ayo, drop a fresh tune for the Lord; let everyone on Earth join the vibe check.
O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.
Lift your voice to the Lord and bless His name; shout out His salvation every day, no cap.
Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
Flex His glory to the non-believers and show off His wonders for all to witness, fr.
Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
The Lord is mad solid and totally worthy of all the hype; He’s the ultimate legend over all deities.
For the LORD {is} great, and greatly to be praised: he {is} to be feared above all gods.
Those other gods? Just fronting; but the Lord crafted the entire universe, no doubt.
For all the gods of the nations {are} idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
His honor and majesty are on fire; strength and beauty chill in His crib.
Honour and majesty {are} before him: strength and beauty {are} in his sanctuary.
Big ups to the Lord, crew; bring Him that glory and strength, let's make it pop.
Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.
Offer up the glory that belongs to His name; slide in with an offering and enter His courts.
Give unto the LORD the glory {due unto} his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. {due...: Heb. of his name}
Worship the Lord in that holy vibe; fear Him, everyone on Earth, fr.
O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth. {in the...: or, in the glorious sanctuary}
Let the non-believers know the Lord is reigning; the world is solid, unshakeable; He judges fair.
Say among the heathen {that} the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
May the heavens vibe out, and the Earth be lit; let the sea roar, it’s all bussin’.
Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof. {the fulness...: or, all it containeth}
Let the fields celebrate, and all that’s in them; all the trees in the woods gonna throw down.
Let the field be joyful, and all that {is} therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice
Before the Lord, ‘cause He’s rolling up; He’s about to judge the Earth with pure righteousness and truth.
Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
