So a wise son is all ears to his dad's wisdom: but a hater just can't deal with the realness, fr.
A wise son {heareth} his father's instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.
A dude feasts well off his words: but those who mess up just invite chaos, no cap.
A man shall eat good by the fruit of {his} mouth: but the soul of the transgressors {shall eat} violence.
Keeping your lips sealed keeps you thriving: but running your mouth too much? That's just begging for trouble.
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: {but} he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
The lazy bro wants everything but gets zip: while the hustler is out here shining.
The soul of the sluggard desireth, and {hath} nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
A solid dude is against lying: but a wicked bro is just sus and ends up embarrassed.
A righteous {man} hateth lying: but a wicked {man} is loathsome, and cometh to shame.
Righteousness keeps the straight shooter in check: but wickedness trips up the sinner.
Righteousness keepeth {him that is} upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner. {the sinner: Heb. sin}
Some act like they’re loaded but are broke: while others vibe and actually have that wealth.
There is that maketh himself rich, yet {hath} nothing: {there is} that maketh himself poor, yet {hath} great riches.
A man's dough is his backup plan: but the poor dude just brushes off the advice.
The ransom of a man's life {are} his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.
The glow from the righteous is a whole mood: but the wicked's fire? That's getting put out.
The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out. {lamp: or, candle}
Pride stirs up drama: but the wise crew knows how to keep it cool.
Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised {is} wisdom.
Cash earned from vanity just fades away: but hustling for your bread? That stacks up legit.
Wealth {gotten} by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. {by labour: Heb. with the hand}
Dreams on pause can hit different: but when wishes pop off, it’s like a tree of life, pure lit.
Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but {when} the desire cometh, {it is} a tree of life.
Those who shrug off the word are on a path to trouble: but respecting the rules? That brings in the good stuff.
Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded. {shall be rewarded: or, shall be in peace}
Wisdom is like a fountain of life, steering you clear of danger.
The law of the wise {is} a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
Good vibes attract favor: but the path of the mess-ups is rocky.
Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors {is} hard.
Smart folks roll with knowledge: but fools just spill the tea all over the place.

A shady messenger stirs up drama: but a loyal ambassador brings the healthy vibes.
A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador {is} health. {a faithful...: Heb. an ambassador of faithfulness}
Ignoring wisdom leads to struggle and shame: but accepting correction? That's how you earn respect.
Poverty and shame {shall be to} him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured.
Getting what you want is sweet for the soul: but fools who throw shade at the good vibes? That's just off.
The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but {it is} abomination to fools to depart from evil.
Walking with wise peeps levels you up: but chilling with fools? That's a total disaster waiting to happen.
He that walketh with wise {men} shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. {destroyed: Heb. broken}
Evil hunts down sinners: but the good folks get blessed, periodt.
Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed.
A good dude sets up a legacy for his fam: but the sinner's cash? That's just chilling for the just.
A good {man} leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner {is} laid up for the just.
The poor harvest plenty from their grind: but some get wrecked due to lack of smarts.
Much food {is in} the tillage of the poor: but there is {that is} destroyed for want of judgment.
If you don’t discipline, then you don’t really love your kid: but if you care, you’ll keep them in line.
He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
The righteous feast to fill their souls: but the wicked? They’ll always be starving.
The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want.
