Deuteronomy Chapter 33
This is the blessing where Moses, the dude of God, connects with the kids of Israel before he bounces.
And this {is} the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
He was like, The Lord pulled up from Sinai, shining hard from Seir, bringing a squad of saints; a fiery law dropped from his right hand, no cap.
And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand {went} a fiery law for them. {a fiery...: Heb. a fire of law}
For real, he had mad love for the people; all his saints are in your hands, chilling at your feet, ready to soak up your messages.
Yea, he loved the people; all his saints {are} in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; {every one} shall receive of thy words.
Moses laid down a law for us, the ultimate heritage for the crew of Jacob.
Moses commanded us a law, {even} the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.
He was the king in Jeshurun when the leaders and tribes of Israel showed up together.
And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people {and} the tribes of Israel were gathered together.
Let Reuben thrive, and not fade; may his squad be stacked, fr.
Let Reuben live, and not die; and let {not} his men be few.
This is the blessing for Judah: Listen, Lord, to Judah's call, and bring him to his people; let his hands be lit for him, and help him against his haters.
And this {is the blessing} of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help {to him} from his enemies.
About Levi, he was like, Let your Thummim and Urim vibe with your holy one, the one you tried at Massah, who you clashed with at Meribah.
And of Levi he said, {Let} thy Thummim and thy Urim {be} with thy holy one, whom thou didst prove at Massah, {and with} whom thou didst strive at the waters of Meribah;
Who told his folks, I ain't seen him; didn't recognize his fam, nor knew his own kids: they kept it real with your word and your covenant.
Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.
They’ll teach Jacob your rules, and Israel your law: they’ll bring incense to you and set fire to whole burnt offerings on your altar.
They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar. {They shall teach: or, Let them teach} {they shall put: or, let them put} {before...: Heb. at thy nose}
Bless up, Lord, his vibes, and accept what his hands made: take out those sus peeps who rise against him, so they don’t pop off again.
Bless, LORD, his substance, and accept the work of his hands: smite through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
And about Benjamin, he said, The fave of the Lord will chill in safety next to him; the Lord's got him covered all day, fr.
{And} of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; {and the LORD} shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
And for Joseph, he said, Blessed be the Lord for his land, for the lit things from heaven, for the dew, and for the depth below.
And of Joseph he said, Blessed of the LORD {be} his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath,
And for the dope fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things that the moon drops.
And for the precious fruits {brought forth} by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon, {put: Heb. thrust} {moon: Heb. moons}
And for the best things from the ancient mountains, and for the fire vibes of the lasting hills, no cap.
And for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills,
And for the solid stuff of the earth and all it holds, let the blessing drop on Joseph’s head, and on the top of the dude separated from his crew.
And for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and {for} the good will of him that dwelt in the bush: let {the blessing} come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him {that was} separated from his brethren.
His glory's like the first of his bullock, and his horns are like unicorn vibes: with them, he’ll unite the people to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and the thousands of Manasseh.
His glory {is like} the firstling of his bullock, and his horns {are like} the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they {are} the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they {are} the thousands of Manasseh. {unicorns: Heb. an unicorn}
And about Zebulun, he said, Celebrate, Zebulun, in your exits; and, Issachar, in your tents, that slap.
And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.
They’ll call the people to the mountain; there they will offer righteous sacrifices: for they shall feast on the abundance of the seas and treasures hidden in the sand.
They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck {of} the abundance of the seas, and {of} treasures hid in the sand.
And about Gad, he said, Blessed be the one who expands Gad: he lives like a lion, tearing it up with the crown of his head.
And of Gad he said, Blessed {be} he that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head.
He set it up for himself first, chilling with the lawgiver and the crew, bringing that divine justice and keeping it 100 with Israel.
And he provided the first part for himself, because there, {in} a portion of the lawgiver, {was he} seated; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the LORD, and his judgments with Israel. {seated: Heb. cieled}
About Dan, he said, "Dan's like a lion cub, ready to bounce from Bashan."
And of Dan he said, Dan {is} a lion's whelp: he shall leap from Bashan.
For Naphtali, he said, "Yo, Naphtali's vibing with blessings, owning the west and the south."
And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.
He said, "Asher's gonna be blessed with kids; he's gonna be the homie everyone vibes with, and he’s gonna dip his feet in oil."
And of Asher he said, {Let} Asher {be} blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
"Your kicks are gonna be iron and brass; your strength's gonna match your days, no cap."
Thy shoes {shall be} iron and brass; and as thy days, {so shall} thy strength {be}. {Thy shoes: or, Under thy shoes}
"Ain't nobody like the God of Jeshurun, rolling through the heavens to back you up, flexing on the sky."
{There is} none like unto the God of Jeshurun, {who} rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.
"The eternal God is your safe space, got your back with everlasting arms; He’s kicking out your enemies and saying, 'Destroy them.'"
The eternal God {is thy} refuge, and underneath {are} the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy {them}.
"Israel's gonna chill in safety, just them; Jacob's fountain's on a land full of corn and wine, and the heavens are gonna drop that sweet dew."
Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob {shall be} upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
"You’re blessed, Israel! Who's as lit as you, saved by the Lord, your shield? And who’s the goated sword of your excellence? Your enemies are just sus, and you’re gonna walk all over their high places."
Happy {art} thou, O Israel: who {is} like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who {is} the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places. {found...: or, subdued}
