1 Corinthians Chapter 6
So, like, why are you all taking your issues to court with the unjust instead of the saints? That’s hella sus.
Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
For real, don’t you get that the saints will judge the world? If you can judge the world, how come you can’t handle the minor stuff?
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Wait, we’re judging angels? So we should definitely be able to sort out life’s mess, no cap.
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
If you need to make decisions about life, get the least respected peeps in the church to sort it out, no doubt.
If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
No cap, I’m a bit embarrassed. Are there no wise folks among you to figure things out?
I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
But for real, you’re dragging your homie to court in front of outsiders. That’s just wild.
But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.

Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather {suffer yourselves to} be defrauded?
Honestly, you’re doing wrong and hustling your own crew.
Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that {your} brethren.
Don’t you realize that the unrighteous won’t vibe in God’s kingdom? Don’t be naive: no fornicators, idolaters, or abusers are getting in.
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
Thieves and drunkards ain’t inheriting the kingdom either, that’s just facts.
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Some of you used to be like that, but now you’re cleaned up, set apart, and justified in Jesus’ name, and by the Spirit. That’s goated.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. {expedient: or, profitable}
Food’s for the belly, and the belly’s for food, but God’s gonna shut both down. Your body’s for the Lord, and the Lord’s for your body.
Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body {is} not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body. {Meats: not flesh only, but food of any kind}
God raised the Lord and will raise us up too, with His power, no cap.
And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
Don’t you realize your bodies belong to Christ? Am I really gonna make them part of a harlot? Nah, that’s a hard pass.
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make {them} the members of an harlot? God forbid.
Wait, don’t you know that if you’re with a harlot, you become one body? Like, two become one flesh, that’s just how it is.
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
But if you’re united with the Lord, you’re one spirit. That’s lit.
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
Flee from fornication. Every other sin is outside the body, but fornication’s against your own body, for real.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
What? Don’t you know your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit in you? You don’t even belong to yourself, fam.
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost {which is} in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
You were bought at a price, so show off God in your body and spirit, 'cause they’re His.
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
